Full assessment including a 1 hour conversation at the clients home to discuss daily life, needs and goals and what can be offered. Includes a written report.

Cost: $130 + travel

Subsequent sessions, approximately 45 minutes either in clients home or in the community, where ever is most appropriate.

Cost: $80 + travel

Travel additional: $10-30 depending on kilometres travelled from Crn Colombo and Brougham St.
0-10 km - $10
10-20 km - $20
20-30 km - $30

Hourly rate for additional liaison by telephone with client, family member or referrer.

Cost: $50 / hour
